These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TenderBid Assistant platform. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration and company information and keep it up to date.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring or once-off basis as selected at checkout. Subscription fees are processed through our payment provider. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds, where applicable, are handled at our discretion in line with South African consumer law.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for lawful tender and quotation activities.
• Do not upload content that infringes the rights of any third party.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.
• Do not share your account credentials with unauthorised users.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents, company information, and tender content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the platform's features to you.

5. Limitation of liability

TenderBid Assistant is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for missed tender deadlines, incorrect opportunity data, or decisions made using AI-generated content. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by South African law.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
